The new features on these high defined and side imaging sonars, allow the fisherman new advantages on the water never experienced before. The new technology offers easy to read contours, depth highlight range, scrollable lake list and allows the owner of the older models of Humminbird GPS/ Sonars to download and up date from the Humminbird online site.

The Dakotas Lake Master pro offers access to 250 lake, which 15 of these are high definition. They are compatible to older models 798CI, 798SI, 788CI, 788C, 1197SI, and 1157C. Newer model as of 2010 come preloaded with updated software.

Lake Master Pro-Illinois/Iowa 798CI SI, 798C SI, 788CI, 788C, 1197C SI, 1157C as of 2010 these units can also download the mapping system to upgrades 797C2 SI, 797C2I SI, 787C2, 787C2I, 898C SI, 858C, 987C SI, 937C/937CDF, 947C 3D, 997C SI, 957C, 917C, 967C 3D, 998C SI, 958C. Also newer 2010 Humminbird models will come pre-loaded.

LakeMaster ProMap Michigan for Humminbird offers the ability to download the 250 lakes available for this regions. The pre- 2010 units that can access this new technology are: 797C2 SI, 797C2I SI, 787C2, 787C2I, 898C SI, 858C, 987C SI, 937C/937CDF, 947C 3D, 997C SI, 957C, 917C, 967C 3D, 998C SI, 958C.
